    交通部近年來積極建構便捷交通路網、精進機場設施、強化港埠建設、優化觀光品質及提升智慧運輸，打造全方位幸福交通生活環境。在為民眾提供更優質交通建設與服務的同時，也藉由創新交通領域資產活化等複合式開發案件，帶動業者無限投資商機，今年招商大會釋出商機總金額高達2,644億元，再創歷史投資新高峰，歡迎業界朋友掌握投資契機，共同建設更美好的交通服務環境。

    本次大會整合軌道、公路、機場、港埠、物流發展、旅運及觀光遊憩設施等交通領域業界投資商機，持續釋出現階段至明(113)年底前可供業界投資的潛力商案計94件，案源類別豐富多元，適合多樣化產業參與，並精選其中7個亮點商案以簡報形式呈現，與業界朋友分享交通建設投資利基及發展優勢。另為表揚過去一年對交通建設具有卓越貢獻的合作夥伴，本部特別頒發「投資貢獻獎」，以表達誠摯感謝之意，也期盼更多業界朋友，加入我們的招商行列。

    為服務業界朋友商案洽談需求，今年特別擴大招商規模，於會場設置12個商案展示攤位，並安排專人詳細解說，竭誠歡迎各位蒞臨互動交流；本招商手冊及本部網頁招商專區，亦詳列本部及所屬各機關(構)招商窗口之聯繫方式，所有成員均積極熱誠協助業界朋友瞭解投資相關資訊，歡迎善加利用。

2023 Investment Solicitation Convention Welcome Remarks
 

    Ladies and gentlemen, as well as our distinguished guests from the industry, good day!

    Many thanks to all of you for making time to participate in our 2023 Investment Solicitation Convention; my deepest gratitude.

    In recent years, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has been building convenient transportation networks, improving airport facilities, enhancing harbor construction, optimizing tourism quality, and improving smart transportation to create a comprehensive transportation and living environment. While providing the public with high-quality transportation infrastructure and services, we have offered unlimited investment opportunities for industry practitioners through innovative development projects to revitalize transportation assets. In this year’s Convention, the business opportunities amount reached NT$264.4 billion, setting a record high. Therefore, we welcome our friends in the industry to seize this opportunity; together, we could create a better and brighter future for our transportation service.

    The convention this year provides industry investment opportunities in transportation, including those in railways, highways, airports, harbors, logistics development, tourism sightseeing, and recreation facilities, with rich and diverse investment categories, suitable for the participation of various industries, 94 in total. We will continue to make available potential projects till the end of 2024. We have selected seven areas of investment as highlight in our presentation, hoping to share the investment niche and development advantages of infrastructure with fellow industry practitioners. In addition, to commend the collaborating partners who have made wonderful contributions to transportation construction over the past year, the Ministry is presenting the “Investment Excellence Awards”to show our gratitude. We also hope that more friends in the industry can part in our grand event in the future.

    To meet the business negotiation needs of industry practitioners, we have expanded the scale of promotion this year. We have 12 showcase booths to provide detailed briefings from professionals and experts. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome you all to participate in the event for a fruitful exchange. In our convention handbook this year and on our exclusive website, we have listed in detail the contact information for investment projects in the Ministry and related government agencies or institutions. All of us here are to provide you with all the information you need.

    MOTC Investment Solicitation Convention serves as a platform of interaction with fellow industry practitioners. It is also a regular platform for national construction and development. We cordially invite you to join us in our investment to create a better future and environment for our transportation infrastructure.
